| Contents | This workshop was held for the purpose of providing some comments on the draft of Civil Code, in particular the provisions of security interests from our project and having a discussion with us. A number of several opinions were provided on this part of Civil Code, however the editorial team has coordinated them using the result of the study tour in Japan and continued discussions. Further revising the draft will be done. |
