1) This Seminar was held to identify and analyze challenges in current verification and appraisal process of LNDs in Vietnam and to seek effective solutions applicable to them. Minimizing and rectifying inconsistency in LNDs is one of the most important purposes of our project and in this sense this seminar has contributed our project directly. This seminar could be regarded as very basic foundation for Japan study tour to be carried out in coming September on this theme, too.

2) At this seminar, firstly participants from OOG Law Dept. reported current situation in the verification and appraisal process of LNDs. Subsequently, based on that report many opinions were presented by participants such as participants from MOJ and other relevant ministries. In the nature of the theme, "the answer" could not be found instantly but we can say that we could identify some of core problems lying down in the verification and appraisal process and reach common understanding on them.
