From 17 to 19 of August, CJED conducted a survey on management of the cases which has not met the requirements to execute judgments and computerization of operations in Long An Province, Binh Duong Province and Ho Chi Minh City.

This survey aim to research the situation of business and computerization at the departments and branch offices above with the amendment of Law on Civil Judgment Execution took effect on 01 July which stipulates the information (name, address, obligation) of debtors who does not meet the requirements to execute are posted on the website.

CJED will continue researching to find a way for operational efficiency improvement by computerization.
