| Contents | 1) This Seminar was held to collect opinions from prosecutors and inspectors who were working for Hai Phong PP and its subordinate Procuracies on the latest draft Penal Code which is to be adopted and promulgated in coming autumn. 2) At this seminar, many opinions on various issues, such as the criminal liability of legal person, the scope of death penalty, enhancing the application of non-custodial penalty, and the treatment of juvenile offenders etc., were presented by participants. 3) From Japanese side, Mr. Matsumoto introduced Japanese system on criminal liability of legal person briefly. 4) The results of this seminar will be sent to SPP and be utilized to form their opinion. |
