| Contents | 1) This training course was carried out to improve skills and abilities of prosecutors in criminal trial who are working for Hai Phong PP and its subordinate procuracies. 2) This course was conducted in a practical way - "mock-trial" style - based on the actual case record. Participants played a role of prosecutor in the trial one after another, and were tried how to act as a prosecutor in various difficult situations in the trial. 3) The results of this training course will be used as a materials for their personnel evaluation and promotion. |
