1) This Seminar was held to collect opinions from representatives of people's procuracies in northern area on the latest draft Penal Code which is to be adopted and promulgated in coming autumn, and to form SPP's unified opinion.

2) In this seminar, many opinions were presented by representatives from procuracies in Hanoi, Son La, Hai Phong, Quang Ninh, Vinh Phuc, Thanh Hoa, Bac Ninh, Phu Tho and so on.

3) The results of this seminar will be utilized to form SPP's unified opinion and it will be sent to Drafting Committee of Penal Code later.
