Japanese side:

Mr. Morishima Akio (Emeritus professor of Nagoya University), Mr. Niimi Ikufumi (professor of Meiji University), Mr. Matsumoto Takeshi (chief advisor), Mr. Tsukahara Masanori (long term expert), Mr. Sakai Naoki (long term expert)

1) These seminars were held to explain the contents of the comment paper on the draft Civil Code 2015 to the Vietnamese interest parties that was written by "Joint Research Group on Vietnamese Civil Code" which is comprised of distinguished Japanese scholars and lead by Professor Morishima who has been supporting MOJ Vietnam continuously from early 1990's.

2) In these seminars, not only the contents of above comment paper but also several legal topics currently argued in Vietnam were discussed among 2 professors and Vietnamese participants.
