| Contents | The purpose of this activity was to collect the opinion about the draft of Private International Law (the chapter 5 of the code of civil law) and the draft of international jurisdiction in the code of Civil Procedure. Japanese experts also explained thier opinions and view about the theme. and exchanged frank opinions with Vietnamese participants. This discussion is expected to be beneficial to amend the chapter 5 of the code of civil law and the articles of international jurisdiction in the code of Civil Procedure. |
