1) This Seminar was held to collect opinions from representatives of people's procuracies in southern area on the latest draft Penal Code which is to be adopted and promulgated in coming autumn, and to form SPP's unified opinion.

2) In this seminar, many opinions were presented by representatives from procuracies in HCMC, Dong Nai, Kien Giang, Binh Duong, Quang Ngai, Lam Dong, Can Tho, Da Nang, Ba Ria - Vung Tau, Soc Trang, Binh Phuoc, Quang Nam, and so on.

3) The results of this seminar will be utilized to form SPP's unified opinion and it will be sent to Drafting Committee of Penal Code later.
