1) This survey was carried out to have a discussion between BPR and relevant authorities in Da Nang including Department of Justice on the results of self-checking and post-review of the LNDs in the field of taxation, customs, anti-smuggling, commercial fraud and counterfeiting, and the real situation of legal work in Da Nang city.

2) The survey contributed to establish a common understanding in both sides on what points should be amended and what kind of description in legal text should be used in above targeted LNDs in Da Nang.
