1) This seminar was held to summarize and evaluate the result of 2 years of implementation of No.6 joint circular on the reception and handling of accusations.

2) In this seminar, many opinions including ingenuities already done in actual practice to handle accusations more effectively or the ideas how to improve the contents of circular were proactively presented. It is expected that the result of this seminar will be utilized to improve moth the contents of circular and actual practice.
