1) This survey was carried out to have a discussion between BPR and relevant authorities in Ho Chi Minh city including Department of Justice on the results of self-checking and post-review of the LNDs in the field of taxation, customs, anti-smuggling, commercial fraud and counterfeiting, and the real situation of legal work in Ho Chi Minh city.

2) The survey contributed to establish a common understanding in both sides on what points should be amended and the reason that causes these inadequacies in above targeted LNDs in Ho Chi Minh city.
