The 1st meeting of the "joint activity" regarding adversarial principle was held on 16 October.

Adversarial principle is guaranteed in trials under the current constitution of Vietnam, which was promulgated in 2013, and the introduction of adversarial principle is considered as one of the distinct issues in the reform of judiciary. Therefore, SPC, SPP and VBF decided to organize the joint activity and chose "adversarial principle," which is a common issue for them as the theme for the activity.

The contents of the first meeting was just assigning tasks and so on. We expect further activities would be held continuously.
