Japanese side:
Mr. Sakai Kohei (Director general, International cooperation department, MOJ Japan), Mr. Ikura Yoshinobu (Director general, Industrial Development and Public Policy Department, JICA), Mr. Mori Mutsuya (Chief Representatives, JICA Vietnam office), Mr. Matsumoto Takeshi (chief advisor), etc.

1) At first, by using the Project Monitoring Sheet form and annual work plan 2015 of each C/P, we shared the information on the progress of the project during first 6 months this year and the schedule of future activities. The monitoring result was "generally well" so far, but we could find some issues to be addressed in near future.

2) After that, all participants shared their point of view on how to manage this project in future, and exchange their opinions each other.
