1) Hai Phong PP conducts court observation by managers from time to time to grasp the skills of court trial subordinate prosecutors. This time, one of project expert joined in such kind of observation to understand the real situation of criminal trial in Vietnam. It was an obstructing official duty case and court proceeding was finished without any trouble. 2) Two Japanese experts who had been visiting Vietnam by RTI-SPP expert exchange program also observed the trial and subsequent evaluation meeting. |
