CJED organized a workshop on hearing comments to the draft of the new circular on procedure of enforcing civil judgment.

The circular is mainly about the procedure to disclose information of judgment debtors who are lack judgment execution conditions. Although the circular was drafted based on the survey conducted in August, participants argued and commented to make the draft more appropriate and realistic.
