1. The purpose of this workshop was to analyze and clarify the problem on the rights of persons temporarily detained, the accused and the defendants in Hai Phong City, as well as to discuss about the cooperation of each agencies and the proposal to the new CPC.
2. Prosecutors and lawyers in Hai Phong City gave six presentations and reported not only that the protection of rights of persons temporarily detained, the accused and the defendants had totally been improved, but also that some agencies do not notify the rights appropriately and disturb lawyers' activities due to delays of issues of defenders certification.
