1. Recently, it is difficult to deal with people's requests for cassation, reopening protests in civil marriage and family cases because the number of the protests is increasing. This workshop was carried out in order to share experiences and build up prosecutor's capacity.
2. In this workshop, there were presentations and discussions on the current situation, problems and proposals for protests for cassation and reopening. All the participants realize the needs to make those protests effectively.
