Contents
  1. This seminar was carried out in order to share recognition of the current situation and improve prosecutor's skills because there are many unsolved requests for cassation and re-opening.
  2. In this seminar, participants pointed out that the reasons that people's requests for cassation and re-opening remains unsolved are the lack of information sharing, difficulties of exchanging information with courts and prosecutors' capacity. They proposed increasing the number of prosecutors, training for prosecutors, increasing case managing system and strengthening the relation with courts.
