1. This workshop was carried out in order to discuss about the current situation and the solution of civil judgement execution by inviting all the organization in charge.
2. In this workshop, participants reported the infringements which happened actually, the reasons, the solutions and the difficulties in the process of executing civil judgement. It got clear that both civil judgement execution departments which have much burdens and people's procuracy which supervise the procedure have much troubles.
