1. This workshop was held to confirm the actual situation of the implementation of "Rule No.42" issued by Prime Minister which rules how to use and manage the dedicated online system for real time monitoring, supervision and verification of assignments by the government and Prime Minister in 16 north-west provinces, and to give appropriate advices to improve the situation.
2. In this workshop, OOG explained the purposes and contents of the Rule No.42, and representatives from 16 provinces explained back the actual situation in their own provinces. According to their explanation, it was confirmed that some provinces have observed Rule No.42 pretty well yet others haven't. It was also confirmed that in the former case the actual situation of the implementation of assignments by the Government and Prime Minister seemed to be substantially improved compared with the one in the past, while in the latter case the training to the staffs who maneuvered the above online system were not enough. As a whole, we could say that everyone has acknowledged the importance of the training to such staffs through this WS.
