CJED organized a workshop on hearing comments to the draft of the new circular on procedure of enforcing civil judgment. The circular, which will be promulgated in cooperation with Supreme People's Court and Supreme People's Procuracy, is about comprehensive procedure of enforcing civil judgment. The participants argued every problem, not only procedural matter, but also provisions regarding substantive issues such as appropriation method in dividend distribution, handling joint debt etc. |
