SPC organized seminars on international commercial disputes in three cities, Ha Noi, Da Nang and Ha Noi under cooperation with JICA.

JICA PJ asked for cooperation to Nishimura & Asahi, the largest law firm in Japan to organize the seminar, and Mr. MUTO Shiro (Ha Noi Office) and Mr. KAWABATA Yutaro (Tokyo Office) participated as lecturers. They gave extensive lectures under the themes such as basic knowledge of international civil litigation and arbitration, dispute settlement raised from merchandise transaction, types of disputes which are expected to increase etc.
