1. This seminar was carried out in order to build up the skills of prosecutors in Province and District levels and to improve the quality of prosecution and the supervision of investigation and the adjudication of criminal cases.
2. The presentations said that the Prosecutors might face big changes in their practice due to the enforcement of the new Criminal Procedure Code and the capacity building of prosecutors and the collaboration with investigation agencies should be needed. It seems that prosecutors feel a sense of crisis under the change of practice according to the new Criminal Procedure Code.
