| Contents | 1) This working session was held to discuss a making policy for explanatory books on Civil Code 2015. 2) In this session, many opinions about the contents and format of this explanatory books were expressed and finally all participants reached the agreement that they aim to publish one explanatory book (vol. 1) by the end of 2017 which explains the purpose and the meaning of the articles in the Part 1 of Civil Code 2015 one by one. 3) From now, after getting approval of MOJ leadership on this making policy, they will form the editorial team and proceed their actual writing work. |
