| Contents | We organized a seminar on judicial expertise with Office of Government. Establishment of organizations implementing expertise, proceedings of forensic pathology, scientific criminal investigation, psychiatric examination etc. are stipulated by Law on judicial expertise in Vietnam. Some practical issues such as securing experts who conduct expertise, payment processing of fee were discussed in this seminar. |
