| Contents | We organized a seminar on "adversarial system" (in Vietnamese,"nguyen tac tranh tung") as a joint activity with SPC, SPP and VBF. "Nguyen tac tranh tung" is one of the principles which was presented in Constitution (2013) and every procedure codes revised in 2015, and SPC, SPP and VBF are jointly conducting study on it as a part of our project. In this seminar, some researchers from the three organizations gave presentations, and participants discussed actively as exemplified with some discussions from different point of view were delivered. Every revised procedure codes will come into effect within this year, and after that more practical problems on judicial procedures under the principle of "nguyen tac tranh tung" will be brought out. We expect the discussion will be continued and deepened. |
