| Contents | We organized a seminar on settlement on administrative litigations with BNPC. Administrative procedure code has revised in 2015 and will come into effect on 1 July of this year. This seminar is to explain the main revised points and exchange opinions about problems in the process of settlement of administrative litigations. As the powers of the political sections are mighty in Vietnam, how courts can settle administrative cases independently from administrative sections is an issue. Since the relief from illegal administrative acts is a basic and important factor to build a law-governed state, we expect that the practice of administrative litigations will be improved more. |
