| Contents | We organized a workshop with CJED for exchanging opinions. The topic for morning session was management of evidences and seized properties, for afternoon session was disclosure of information of judgment debtors. The participants from local-level departments of enforcement delivered many opinions. As to management of evidences and seized properties, some participants introduced the actual situations such as materials have been deteriorated because the lack of detailed criteria for management or unneeded materials are not treated properly. The disclosure of information has almost begun, but some of participants expressed concern about the risk to be claimed compensation due to impossibility of timely update of information. |
