| Contents | 1) This workshop was held to extract problematic situations to which notary publics are facing, and to resolve these problems by the amendment of Law on notarization 2014 or other legal framework such as expected new "Law on authentification" in future. 2) In this workshop, many participants including notary publics who belong to both public notary office (phòng công chứng) and private notary office (văn phòng công chứng), and administrative staffs currently dealing with authorization work in people's committee presented many difficulties and problems surrounding them. They also pointed out several concrete defects in current legal framework. |
