VNACCS Study Mission from Myanmar Customs

From 21 to 25 December 2015, Vietnam Customs received a VNACCS Study Mission from Myanmar, which was composed of 10 officials from Myanmar Customs Department (MCD), including the Director General of MCD as head, two JICA long-term experts to MCD and two short-term experts from Japan Customs, and shared its experiences of introduction and operation of VNACCS with them. Following Vietnam Customs, MCD has decided to introduce an automated cargo clearance to be developed based on NACCS in Japan. This visit was implemented as a third-country training by JICA Technical Project for Myanmar Customs (Project of Capacity Development for National Single Window and Customs Modernization by Introducing Automated Cargo Clearance System in Myanmar).
