From 31 August to 10 September 2016, 15 officials of Vietnam Customs headed by Mr. Vu Ngoc Anh, Deputy Director General, General Department of Vietnam Customs, participated in training course entitled "e-Manifest and NACCS System in Japan". The participants visited Tokyo Customs, Yokohama Customs and private companies where they received explanation on NACCS functions such as e-Manifest, single window and cargo control, and conducted facility tours to customs branches, container terminals, and warehouses.

Taking advantage of what participants learned through the training course, Vietnam Customs is expected to tackle the issues to improve VNACCS.
