On 23 February 2017, Mr. Fujita, Chief Representative, and staff of JICA Vietnam Office paid a courtesy call on Mr. Nguyen Van Can, Director General of General Department of Vietnam Customs (GDVC), and visited the system operation center and customs sub-department to study actual operation of VNACCS. During the discussion, Vietnam Customs extended its high evaluation for the cooperation from Japan and effectiveness of VNACCS so far, and expressed its expectation of continuous cooperation from JICA for further improvement of VNACCS.
