On 25 July 2017, General Department of Vietnam Customs (GDVC) received a Study Mission from Japan, which was composed of 4 members of faculty and 12 students from The Metropolitan Machida Industrial High School. The overview of the VNACCS project was introduced by JICA Long-term Experts including explanation at Vietnam Customs Museum, and the Mission visited North Hanoi Customs Sub-branch to see how VNACCS is used by Customs officials. This study tour was carried out as a training program of global IT engineer by the high school, and VNACCS project was introduced as one of the citizen participation activities of JICA.
