Launching the baseline survey

The Project is going to conduct baseline surveys to set specific indicators for measuring the outputs of the Project.

The expert team started to have discussions about the methods and schedule of the baseline surveys with each department concerned.

The Japanese experts has been talking with the Nursing Department, the Infection Control Department, and the Quality Management Department in sequence, listening to their current situations, challenges and demands.

The Project will continue to study about the indicators for measuring the outputs on the basis of frequent meetings and on-site surveys.

For agreeing at the Detailed Planning Survey that will be conducted within a year, the expert team will continue to have meetings to study about the indicators for outputs.
