Regional call centers in Hanoi, An Giang province and Da Nang city, and Nationwide Vietnam

Target Groups

1. Central level: Personnel in MOLISA (Department of Overseas Labour, Department of Social Vices Prevention and Combat, Department of Social Assistance), Ministry of Public Security, Ministry of National Defense and Vietnam Women's Union(VWU)
2. Provincial level: Personnel in Department of Labor Invalids and Social Affairs, Police, Border Guard Command and VWU
3. Anti-Trafficking in Persons (Anti-TIP) Hotline users

Project Purpose

Anti-TIP Hotline operation is strengthened at the regional level.

Expected Project Outcomes

1. Referral / information sharing systems are strengthened through cooperation between relevant agencies at the central and provincial levels.
2. Anti-TIP Hotline in regional call centers in Hanoi (Northern provinces), An Giang (Southern provinces) and Da Nang (Central provinces) is operationalized.
3. Public awareness of Anti-TIP Hotline is raised nationwide.
