Conducting high-level training for security managers

Hanoi was on lockdown from March to April due to COVID-19 measures, but we have been able to operate the project as usual since May.

After returning to normal, we conducted two EC-Council Certified Security Specialist (ECSS) trainings and one EC-Council Certified Ethical Hacker (CEH) training in May. After that, two CompTIA Security+ training courses and one Linux Professional Institute Certification Level 1 (LPIC-1) course in June, and the EC-Council Computer Hacking Forensic Investigator (CHFI) training and Certified Information Security Manager (CISM) training in July were conducted respectively.

CISM, the "Certified Information Security Manager" is an international certification in management-level information security offered by the ISACA organization. CISM's target roles are security managers, security directors, security directors, and security officers of the organization. Their duty is information security program. The CISM consists of four domain areas: information security governance, information risk management, information security program development and management, and information security program management.

The lecturer, director of ISACA in India, is a highly experienced ISACA-related trainer who has extensive experience in ISACA-related training and security management practice. Unfortunately, due to COVID-19, he was unable to travel to Hanoi and was forced to conduct the training online. The training company used an advanced remote-controlled robot to make the trainees feel as much as possible like the trainer was here. Although the Internet connection and robot operation tended to take up a lot of time, the trainees were able to learn about security management on a broad scale through the instructor's lectures, case-based discussions, and certification exam questions.
