Discussion and Agreement on the Project framework
The technical cooperation project has officially started with the signing of the Record of Discussion in September 2018.
In January 2019, the Project held discussions with relevant organizations from both Japan and Vietnam in order to confirm the details of project activities.
The Project Implementing Organizations of Vietnamese side are Central Committee of Organization and Personnel, Communist Party of Vietnam (CCOP) and Ho Chi Minh National Academy of Politics (HCMA).
From Japanese side, National Personnel Authority, National Graduate Institute for Policy Studies(GRIPS), and Japan International Cooperation Center(JICE) are going to support the project to implement trainings for future leaders and managers of Vietnam.
