The 1st Joint Coordinating Committee (JCC)was conducted at the Central Committee of Organization and Personnel, Communist Party of Vietnam (CCOP), on 25 February 2020.
It was held with the participation of representatives of CCOP, Ho Chi Minh National Academy of Politics (HCMA), Embassy of Japan in Vietnam, JICA Headquarters, JICA Vietnam office and JICA project office.

In the JCC meeting, participants confirmed the results and challenges of the project activities since September 2018 and exchanged opinions on future measures. Indicators for achieving the Project Design Matrix (PDM) were discussed and agreed among all participants.
