On 10 June 2022, the 2nd Joint Coordinating Committee (JCC) was conducted at the Central Committee of Organization and Personnel, Communist Party of Vietnam (CCOP).
It was held with the participation of representatives of CCOP, Ho Chi Minh National Academy of Politics (HCMA), JICA Headquarters, JICA Vietnam office and JICA project office.

Due to the spread of COVID-19, the project has had to postpone the trainings in Japan after 2020, and activities were limited to online seminars and other follow-up activities. However, as border measures in both Vietnam and Japan are starting to ease, both sides were able to discuss and agree on the coming project activity plans.

This JCC was held face-to-face after 2 years and 4 months of online communication, bringing a very meaningful opportunity for both Japanese and Vietnamese representatives.

We continue to maintain close communication among stakeholders in order to achieve our project's goal of fostering future Vietnamese leaders and managers to promote public administrative reforms and socio-economic model, through trainings in Japan for Vietnamese leaders and managers in the coming time.
