Resuming Medium-Term training in Japan after three years

On September 29, five (05) Director-General to Vice Director-General level officers, selected from numbers of candidates, arrived in Japan to participate in the Medium-Term training.

For the next three months, the participants will be conducting their research under the guidance of professors at the National Graduate Institute for Policy Studies (GRIPS) to produce their policy papers on the themes they set before coming to Japan, such as promoting administrative reform, effective management of urban transportation systems, business development system for small and medium-sized enterprises, etc. Participants, as policy makers, are expected to utilize their outputs to contribute for development of Vietnam.

Trainings in Japan have been postponed since 2020 due to the influence of COVID-19, but now we are very happy to resume the Medium-Term training in Japan after nearly three years.
