The purpose of this training is to foster next-generation leaders for promoting public administrative reform and building new Socio-economic model, and to build a network through exchanging opinions with Japanese stakeholders (government, business and academic sectors).

Lectures and site visits focused on the three pillars of 1) Good governance, 2) Economic development, Industrialization and Modernization, and 3) Leadership and Management skills. In addition, lectures and site visits covered the themes that are attracting worldwide attention, such as Global Warming and Decarbonization Policies, Promoting DX (Digital Transformation) in the Administration.

Exchanging opinions with Professor Emeritus Kiyotaka Yokomichi of the National Graduate Institute for Policy Studies (GRIPS) and other professors representing various fields was very meaningful for the Vietnamese participants.
