Conducted training on pharmaceutical-related patent examination practice
On March 14, 16, 18, 22, and 24, we conducted a training course on pharmaceutical-related patent examination practice via online in collaboration with the Japan Patent Office (JPO).
Sixteen patent examiners from IP Viet nam participated in this training program.
Specifically, the training included a lecture on how to search for chemical substances and nucleotide chains in databases and a lecture on examination methods using model cases.
In this project, we will continue to work with JPO to improve the examination skills of IP Viet nam examiners by providing training that meets the needs of IP Viet nam.
