Workshop on the Results of Counterpart Training in Japan (First Year)
In the first year of the project, counterpart training program in Japan was conducted for 10 counterpart members for 15 days from 24 February 2007 to 10 March 2007. In Japan they visited various government agencies and organizations related traffic safety and investigated and experienced the advanced and comprehensive activities towards improvement of traffic safety in Japan.
After returned to Vietnam, the workshop was held on 16 May 2007 in order to evaluate the training in Japan and to feed back the experiences to the counterpart agencies in Hanoi. In the workshop 10 trainees presented the contents of training in Japan, comparison and feasibilities of traffic safety measures in Japan in to Vietnam. Then specific and active discussions have been done.
