The meeting of PMC (Project Management Committee) was held on 7 June 2007, so as to officially discuss about the second year action plan of TRAHUD with the counterpart agencies. The meeting was attended by 20 Vietnamese counterparts including PMC members, 5 experts from JICA Project Team, Mr. Kobayashi-representative of JICA Vietnam Office, etc.

First of the meeting, Mr. Kobayashi gave greeting with anticipations for the activities in the second year of TRAHUD and the overall action plan including short-term training course, pilot project, issue-wise capacity development projects, formulation of taskforces, etc. are presented by the JICA Project Team. After a number of comments and discussions the framework of action plan was agreed. Following this agreed action plan, detail of activities will be further discussed with designated counterparts and actual and specific activities will be proceeded.
