Project Outline The objective of the Project is to improve access to finance and strengthen the capacity in the agricultural sector in the Dominican Republic by/through providing two-step loans mainly to agribusinesses and organizations, and by providing technical assistance to improve the capacity of intermediary financial institutions, thereby contributing to the improvement of the food value chain in the country.
