Project Outline The objective of the Project is to increase the capacity of wastewater treatment of El Gabal El Asfar Wastewater Treatment Plant in the north east of greater Cairo, the center of the population in Egypt, and appropriately keep up with the increasing of wasetewater flow through population growth, thereby contributing to improving the environment of water and sanitation in the greater Cairo.
