(1)To formulate an Infrastructure development plan in Kokopo and Rabaul areas
(2)To carry out Pre-Feasibility Study on priority project/s selected from the Infrastructure development plan
(3)To enhance planning capacity of relevant officials of East New Britain Provincial Administration
