The JICA Research Institute offers its deepest condolences to the family and friends of Dr. Surin Pitsuwan on his passing away. Dr. Pitsuwan had been a Distinguished Fellow at JICA-RI for the past 4 years. He passed away on November 30, 2017.
We wish to express our sincere gratitude for his hard work and dedication, which he showed all through his tenure in this Institute. May his soul rest in peace.
