2017 Establishment of National Roadmap Decree Drafting Team / Editorial Board
Since May 2017, internal discussion in MONRE and drafting committee have been timely held, which proceeds the development and updating of the Decree drafting.

The direction toward the development of National Roadmap Decree was outlined at the unofficial consultation meeting in March and April 2016 and the official kickoff meeting held in May 2017. Furthermore, domestic organization for development of National Roadmap Decree got prepared in establishing drafting team and editing board in May 2017. As the registration of legalization was completed, the development of the Decree drafting has kept proceeding under the government's ownership.

The Vietnamese government is planning to let MONRE, as a key actor, start developing a circular (technical notice), detailed enforcement regulations for administrative procedures from March 2018, in parallel with its Roadmap Decree drafting.
